We understand that you have been referred to our practice for either a consultation service or an endoscopic investigation.
Our process for arranging a consultation or endoscopic investigation is as follows:
Once we have received your referral, our doctors will personally triage your referral and provide advice on the type and urgency of the appointment required.
We will then request information from you to make a booking for the appointment. This process takes a maximum of 14 days from receipt of your referral.
If you have a copy of your referral on-hand, you could facilitate the above process by filling in required information online here
Sometimes, our doctors might request further tests before seeing you. If this is the case our practice nurse will then contact you to explain the process.
If your referral was sent more than 14 days ago, please ring us or contact us.

Endoscopy procedure:
Thank you very much for booking an endoscopy procedure with us, as you are new patient to our practice, our doctors will review your referral to ensure that this booking is appropriate.
You could facilitate that process by:
- Uploading your referral
- Provide your medicare number and health fund detail
- Fill in an online questionnaire to facilitate booking
You could indicate your preferred day of the week for the procedure
We aim to contact you within 2 weeks to book your procedure.
Consultation
Thank you very much for booking an appointment with us, as you are new patient to our practice, our doctors will review your referral to ensure that this booking is appropriate.

- Fill in a secured online form for GI health questionnaire.
